The Slides Episode (AKA "The Slidecar")

48 minutes

On this week's episode, we talk about slides! We love them, we hate them, we need them. And we look at the work of Joey Coleman, who has a unique take on using slides in his talks. And finally, we rename a classic cocktail: The Slidecar!

Bob Hope and Bing Crosby's "Road" movies: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Road_to_...

Chris Anderson: https://www.ted.com/speakers/chris_anderson_ted

Joey Coleman: https://joeycoleman.com/

The Slidecar:

2 oz. brandy or cognac
1 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

Shaken over ice and strained into a coupe or martini glass. The classic sidecar has a sugared rim, but this is a Slidecar and we are bitter, so NO SUGAR.
